I was disappointed with a few things. The air conditioning in the room kept turning back on. It made sleeping difficult. the noise from the cleaning staff early each morning was disruptive, starting around 8 or 9. It was hard to rest well with the constant commotion.

i found the room to be very clean and modern. the lighting in the hotel and the rooms is indeed great. all staff members were polite and helpful. breakfast was quite excellent each morning.

i noticed the bar was rarely manned. it was sometimes hard to get a drink, a bit disappointing. the bar manager declined service at 10:40 on a saturday night.

The staff shared street parking information near the hotel. Using the Telpark app, I paid about half the price of the underground parking. I received a custard tart and a glass of port upon arrival. This was a cute touch. The room was clean, and it provided the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The bar was rarely staffed, so getting a drink proved hard.
